Do you supply the alcohol?
No, Philly Yard Bar is a BYOB service, so you purchase the alcohol yourself. We’ll help you build the drink menu and send a suggested shopping list with quantities, so you know exactly what to buy and how much of it.
Do you need power or water at the venue?
No. Both of our trailers run on their own generator and carry running hot water, so we don’t need anything from your venue. That’s what lets us set up in backyards, fields, parking lots and country club lawns without any hookups.
How much space do you need?
Our trailers are 30 feet long and need level ground, plus clearance to tow in and position them. Most backyards, lots and open lawns work fine. Send us photos or an address and we’ll confirm your site works before you book anything.
How far in advance should I book?
Sooner is better, especially for spring and fall Saturdays, which tend to fill first. Wedding clients often reach out six to twelve months ahead. If your date is closer than that, still get in touch — we may have availability.
